Communication

We are dedicated to effective communication with all guests. We provide auxiliary aids and services, free of charge, to ensure accessibility. This includes accepting Operator Relay Service and Teletypewriter (TTY/TDD) calls through 711, just as we do with standard telephone calls.


Website Accessibility

We continually work to ensure our website is accessible using modern technology and design standards. We aim to meet or exceed the guidelines set forth by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, as well as comply with the Twenty-First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act of 2010.


Assistive Devices

Guests are welcome to use their personal assistive devices within our facilities. If a device is incompatible with our environment, we will collaborate with the guest to find suitable alternative solutions to ensure full access to our services.


Service Animals and Companions

We welcome service animals, guide dogs, and companions assisting individuals with disabilities. Our team is trained to offer respectful, discreet personal assistance when requested.


Temporary Service Interruptions

Should any accessibility-related service or facility be temporarily unavailable, we will promptly communicate the nature of the interruption and the expected timeframe for resolution.


Staff Training

Our staff undergoes continuous training to ensure they can communicate respectfully and effectively with guests with disabilities and provide helpful, knowledgeable support.


Policy Modifications

We are committed to making reasonable modifications to our policies and procedures when necessary to provide full and equal access to our guests and customers.


Assistive Technologies

We support the use of various assistive technologies for navigating our website, including voice recognition tools such as Dragon NaturallySpeaking, which help users navigate through voice commands.
